Welcome. I am an integrative counsellor working in and around Haringey, N17. I currently work both in-person and online via video conference. You can find more information about my practice and training below.

My Perspective

As an Integrative practioner I have been trained in a range of therapeutic perspectives. I draw on theory from psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, embodied and relational traditions in how I conceive of my work and the difficulties my clients bring.

I believe that we are all influenced by the impact of our past, our experience of the present, and our expectations for the future.

Likewise we simultaneously have experience of ourselves as whole beings, and as aspects of self such as our emotional, cognitive and embodied and relational parts.

In raising our awareness of these influences, we gain choice in how we respond to them, becoming more empowered to know our needs and make the changes we need to support ourselves.

Who I Work With

Counselling can support wellbeing in response to a range of difficulties, including but not limited to:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Family dynamics and childhood experiences

  • Addiction/Relationship to substance use

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Sexuality and intimacy

  • Feelings of isolation

  • Self-Esteem difficulties

  • Bereavement/Grief

  • Regulation of anger

I have experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds across many life stages, and I aim to provide a welcoming and non-judgemental space for all while making space for the importance of diverse experience. I have a special interest in reducing access barriers to compassionate and affirming support for individuals within LGBTQIA+, sex work, kink and consenually non-monogomous communities.

My Qualifications

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (DipCon) awarded by the Minster Centre, a BACP accredited course. I am a Registered Member of the BACP, Registration Number: 00947066
